By placing an order on enflowers.com, you ask us to arrange the products shown in your order for delivery to the recipient and destination you provide. These conditions apply together with the product description, checkout summary, and any delivery information shown for the selected market. Mandatory consumer rights under the law that applies to your order are not limited by these conditions.
Delivery costs and dates
Product prices are shown in US dollars. Delivery is free in most Chinese cities, while any applicable holiday or date surcharge is shown separately in the checkout summary before you place the order. The total shown at checkout is the amount used for the order, subject to payment verification and any correction required for an obvious pricing error.
You can choose from the dates available in the delivery calendar. Availability depends on the recipient's city, the preparation time of the products in your cart, local florist capacity, blocked dates, and the local cut-off time. Same-day delivery is available only where the calendar offers it and when the order is submitted before the applicable cut-off.
A selected date is our requested delivery date, not a promise that circumstances outside our reasonable control can never cause a delay. For an important event, choose a date with enough time for the recipient to receive the flowers safely.
How orders are fulfilled
Orders are arranged by a local florist near the recipient. The florist sources suitable fresh stems, hand-ties the arrangement, and delivers it locally rather than sending a finished bouquet through an international parcel network.
The product page and order description define what is included. Florists may make small changes to stem shade, foliage, wrapping, or shape when needed for freshness and local availability. If a listed flower or accessory is unavailable, we will seek a comparable replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the arrangement's overall style.
Delivery information
You are responsible for providing the recipient's name, working telephone number, city, and complete address. Please include building, floor, room, company, school, or other access details that will help the florist complete the handover. We may contact the recipient or sender when clarification is needed.
Hospitals, hotels, offices, residences, campuses, and other managed buildings may have their own reception rules. Tell us the establishment name and any ward, room, booking, department, or reception details you know. Delivery may be made to a reception desk or another permitted handover point when the building does not allow access to a private room.
If an address is incomplete or incorrect, the recipient cannot be reached, access is refused, or the recipient declines the delivery, the florist may be unable to complete the order. Contact us promptly if you learn that any delivery detail needs attention.
Products and photos
Product photos show the intended style and an example of the arrangement. Flowers are a natural product, so the exact bloom size, colour, seasonality, and shape will vary. Props such as vases, gift boxes, ribbons, or other accessories are included only when the product description says they are included or when they are selected as an add-on.
We ask our florist partners to deliver an arrangement that matches the product concept, freshness standard, and value shown on the site. A reasonable natural variation is not a product defect; a material problem should be reported through the complaints process below so that we can investigate it with the florist.
Payment and confirmation
Checkout is in English and prices are in US dollars. We currently support major credit and debit cards and PayPal, subject to the payment provider's availability and checks. Your payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored in the enflowers.com order form.
An order record may first appear as payment pending. We treat an order as ready for fulfilment after payment has been received and verified. We send order information and any payment or delivery update to the email address entered at checkout, so please use an address you can access.
Changes and cancellations
Contact [email protected] as soon as possible if the address, recipient details, card message, date, or product needs to be corrected. A request is not a change to the order until our team confirms it in writing.
Because a local florist may begin sourcing and preparing fresh flowers shortly after payment, we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation will be possible. Once preparation or delivery has begun, cancellation may not be available. If we cannot fulfil an order for a reason within our responsibility, we will explain the available remedy for that order.
Complaints and refunds
If an order arrives damaged, materially different from its description, or does not meet the expected freshness standard, contact us promptly at [email protected] with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the delivered arrangement. We use these details to review the case with the florist and respond with the appropriate remedy.
Depending on the circumstances, a remedy may include a replacement, account credit, or refund of all or part of the affected order. Fresh flowers and personalised items may not be returnable because of their nature. This does not remove any non-excludable right you may have under applicable consumer law.
Unexpected events
Weather, traffic, public holidays, local restrictions, building access rules, unusual demand, supply shortages, payment-provider outages, and other events outside our reasonable control can affect timing or availability. We will work with the florist to find a practical solution and will contact you when we have a material update.
If you have a question about these conditions or a specific order, email [email protected]. Include your order number so that our team can locate the correct delivery details quickly.
